Directions:
Microwave time depends on power of microwave and number of eggs. This is for a 1000W microwave and 3 eggs.
- Mix 3 eggs with milk or cream
- Pour half in each side
- Microwave for 90 seconds or until solidified, mixing halfway through the cooking process.
- Remove and put filler on each side
- Microwave for 45 seconds
- Remove and close
- Microwave for 30 seconds
- Remove and let cool for 30 seconds
Adjust times as needed to achieve the perfect omelet.
