Fox Run Porcelain Egg Coddler

Fox Run Porcelain Egg Coddler Review

A breakfast favorite since the 1800s, coddled eggs are soft-cooked and similar to poached, yet cooked more slowly than boiled. Crack a one- or two-egg serving into a pre-buttered porcelain egg coddler, screw on the lid, place in boiling water, then serve in the pot. Add cream for richer flavor, seasonings, even ham or cheese bits prior to boiling for a nutritious all-in-one breakfast. Hand wash.
